2010 - A Significant Birthday for the Association

The 2010 IAEM Annual Scientific Meeting was held in Waterford from 14th to 16th October 2010. The meeting was the Association's 21st Annual Meeting and its first time in Waterford. It was a very enjoyable and stimulating meeting held in a very picturesque venue.

Venue

The venue was Faithlegg House Hotel, a few miles from Waterford city overlooking the estuary of the River Suir. The hotel's website is here. The location of the hotel can be seen on Google Maps.

The IAEM Scientific Meeting was open to both IAEM members and non-members.

The IAEM Annual General Meeting which took place on Saturday 16th October 2009 was open to the Association's Full & Associate Members only.

CPD Credits

CPD Credits for the meeting were awarded by the College of Emergency Medicine as follows:

Thursday 14th October 2010 2.25 hours credit

Friday 15th October 2010      6 hours credit 

Conference Registration Fees

Paid up IAEM Full Members €200 (includes Gala Dinner)

Paid up IAEM Associate Members €100 (Tickets for Gala Dinner are not included)

Non Members €250 (Tickets for Gala Dinner are not included)

This Black Tie event took place at Faithlegg House Hotel, Waterford on Saturday evening 16th October 2010.
